Uncle Tony,
Still in disbelief that you are no longer with us. Whenever I think of you, this is what I always recollect…The coolness in your voice when you’d greet us with what’s up kid! You pulling up in that IROC-Z….that was so exciting for us to see as kids. Our uncle Tony coming to visit from Maryland. The way we would stand on the porch and watch you pull up….Thank you for the memories and the support you gave. I will never forget you!!
Uncle Tony. Every memory I have of you will stay with me forever. You at the Christmas parties. The Cookouts. The time we got together at your house: It was everyone. Aunties laughing while Unc Louis told jokes, cousins playing dominoes with you on the grill and the fryer. I remember coming down a hill in your neighborhood on your bike and flying off of it! I scuffed my chin on landing and swore I’d never grow a beard when I hit puberty. I was partially right. The memory I will cherish the most is our last conversation a week before you left. I still have the voicemail you left me after missing your first call. I’m Praying for your wife and children as you transition. I love you always ♥️🙏🏾🕊️
Tony's passing deeply saddens me. My mother (Anniebelle) and Tony's father (Uncle Buck) were siblings, and they instilled in us a fierce love of family. Although Tony and I didn't see each other often after our parents passed, I stayed up to date on how he was doing through his sisters, Berta and Mae-Mae. Because of them, I know he fought a good fight and remained strong to the very end.
I will forever cherish the memories of visiting our grandparents "down in the country" during happy times and coming together with our parents to support one another during life's sorrows. I will always remember Tony's warm smile, his quiet strength, and his unwavering devotion to his family and loved ones.
Rest in peace, dear Cousin. You will always be remembered with love.

Dear Mae-mae, we are so incredibly sorry for the loss of your brother Tony. Our hearts break for you his spouse and children. We are here for you for whatever you need. There are no words that can be said to easy your pain, but I want you to know that we are just a call away. Sending you so much love. My brother George (AKA) Tony was more than family—he was a part of who I am. He was someone who knew me in a way no one else ever could, he stood by me through life’s up’s and downs with a strength and loyalty that never wavered.
He had a way of bringing light into a room, whether through a smile, laughter, his kindness or simply his presence. He taught me lessons I’ll carry forever about resilience, about love and what it is to truly care for others especially his family.
Though he may no longer be here with us, his spirit lives on in every memory we share, every story we tell and every moment we find ourselves smiling because of him. I will always be grateful for the time we had, and I will carry his memory with me. I love you and will miss you my brother always. Tony was a very kind hearted person full of compassion and willing to help when he knew that you were going through. Tony will always be remembered… gone but not forgotten. Love your sister Rena…
George was always a part of the Moore family, his daughter lashawn Moore is my niece, he was a nice, kind and respectful man towards all of us...there wasn't a bad bone in his body , always good spirited...he will be missed by all of us ...Rest In Heaven Tony always in our hearts.....
