Myisha Elaine Wilson's Obituary
Myisha is survived by her children, Taeyana, Kim, Samiya, Rico, and Seven Wilson; her
granddaughter, Zahara Wilson; her siblings, brothers Jerry (Jeyda), Joe, and Jacob White, and sister Ashley May; her step-siblings, Lanelle, Lonnie, Stan, Shawn (Green), and Lawrence White, and Asia May; six nephews and three nieces; her uncle, Anthony (Pat) Bryant; her aunt, Joan Wilson; and her cousins, Andre (Danae) Bryant, Keita (Colin) Herndon, Duane (Tasha) Wilson, Kirk and Lizzy Wilson, Tiffany Bryant, and Kehmari Norman.
Myisha also leaves a host of family members and friends who will miss her sense of humor, dance moves, wisdom, and her genuine consistency throughout her life. Myisha never codeswitched; every person she encountered received the same authentic version of her, every time. She never missed an opportunity to tell family and friends she loved them. She would say it, text it, and post it every single day.
Her brother Jerry said it best: Myisha united our families. She was definitely the glue for a lot of us.
Myisha was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
Myisha was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Wilson and Kim Bryant-Jones; her step father, Lawrence White; her daughter, Zuri Wilson; her brother, John White; her grandparents, Floyd (Redds) and Elaine Wilson, and John and Rosetta Bryant; her uncles, Ronald and Cricket Wilson, and Kennedy and Dominic Bryant; her aunt, Nadine Bryant; and her cousins, Andy Wilson, Khalid Bryant, and Jason Bryant.
