Warren David Mickle Sr.'s Obituary
Warren D. Mickle (commonly known as Manny) transitioned to eternal rest on Monday, October 13, 2025. Warren was born on August 6, 1961 to the late Willie James and Marian Theresa
Mickle.
Manny was raised primarily in Seat Pleasant Maryland, he also spent a great deal of time in North Brentwood Maryland with his grandparents and relatives.
He attended Prince George’s County Public Schools until he graduated from Northwestern High School in 1979. After completing high school Manny embarked on a career with Metropolitan rail services worked night crew rail maintenance crew.
Later, Manny was employed with Goode environmental services, where he retired after an unforeseen injury. Warren Sr. biggest blessing came in August 1978, he welcomed his son Warren Jr. Manny loved his son immensely sharing stories about how proud of him he was.
Manny inherited a trait from his Dad of knowing how to maintain and manicure landscaping. Many family friends and neighbors would request his assistance in getting their yards in order.
Warren Sr also enjoyed watching old western movies as if he was watching it for the first time. Manny was known by others as Go-Go Manny because he loved Chuck Brown, and has keen ear for Rhythm and blues music. He really enjoyed watching sports and talking trash about the different team events.
Warren is survived by his son Warren Jr., two sisters Linda (Bonnie)Jackson and Maxine (Sheenie) Toler. Brother-law Rick Jackson niece Kita Gilbert a host of family and friends.
In addition to his parents Warren Sr. preceded in death two brothers James and Craig Mickle. nephew Donte Marbury and niece Keisha Mickle. We will forever cherish the good times and hold you in our hearts.
