To the family of Bill Caldwell , Monica and I are sending our deepest condolences in the sympathy on the loss of your beloved Bill. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Bill during my time in Headquarters of the Corps of Engineers. He was a great reliable employee with a can do attitude and a true gentleman. He will be sorely missed. We are sending prayers up to GOD asking that he provide you strength, bleesing and comfort as you mourn Bill.

To the family of Bill - I am heartbroken. May God embrace you with the warmth of love and the joy and laughter of memories.
Bill was the go-to person for so many things. He did and explained things with patience and a smile. For me, that's a true measure of character.
To the family and friends of Bill: I'm writing on behalf of Bill's extended work family in the Pacific Northwest. We wish to express our heartfelt condolences. We communicated with Bill almost daily over many years either virtually or by email. Bill was a mission critical financial team member to us in the Army Corps. He already has left a large vacuum in our work process. Please know he was respected and appreciated by many across the nation. We will miss him.

To Jim and family
